So I've seen these Bermuda or "boyfriend" style shorts everywhere lately! I finally caved and bought two pair and it's been the best decision I've made this spring (besides getting to Target 2 hours before they open for the Lilly launch- but that's a different story). These shorts are so comfortable and they can be paired with so many different tops. Here I paired it with my favorite striped tee and tucked it in for a more fitted look. I love mixing stripes with leopard too, so I had to bust out this cute clutch.
I'm thinking about doing a post on how I wear these shorts 3 different ways, if you'd be interested in that let me know!
OKAY now for the most important part of this post.... THE DUCKS! I wish I had some duck feed or grapes to give them! They weren't scared of me at all, so obviously they're used to human interaction. If you look over my shoulder in the second to last pic you'll see these all black ducks- I've never seen ducks like these. Their feathers were blue-black and so shiny, they were beautiful!

Just how I like my outfits!
Y'all I'm obsessing over these jeans and for under 40 bucks, just STOP!
For those of you who don't know we are going to Europe on a 16 day trip for our honeymoon and I AM SO EXCITED! However, we couldn't leave for this trip right after the wedding because we would've been way to exhausted. So, we went to Fredericksburg for the weekend after our wedding to just get away and visit the wineries. I was also excited to visit all the cute little boutiques and found this overlay while I was out browsing! It was instant love, y'all!
I actually had a hard time styling this because you could style it SO many different ways! I decided to pair it with my favorite distressed jeans, my go to Rebecca Minkoff, and a PIKO!

It really has been a great staple in my closet. I love that it dresses up any outfit but I don't ever feel "over dressed". I am a big blazer fan, in fact I've ordered a couple others just to add to my collection. Anyhow, Over the weekend I paired this blazer with a feminine floral number and it was magic. I felt so girly but comfortable, which (if you know me)is always important!
Also, lets talk about the Lilly Launch at Target.. You know your girl went HAM and got a bunch of stuff! I'll do a post later this week about my experience and what I purchased. Lets just say... it was a cray-cray experience, but I wasn't going home disappointed!

Happy Monday!
I might as well add this blazer to my monthly favorites, every month.

Summer means beach trips, ice cream, warm weather, and NEON colors!
Every now and then I mix two bright colors together- and I always feel a little spunkier when I do! Not to mention, these bright colors make your tanned skin look amazing!
Oh! Did I mention I love summer?
Lastly, I'm getting MARRIED in 3 days. three.days.
EEEP! My heart races every time I think about it!
With that being said, I won't have any post coming until late next week. I may post a picture or two from the wedding on Monday, but I want to take a break for a week or so to be a newlywed!

I'm so glad it's warm in Tejas!
I love date nights, but I especially love date nights with amazing weather. Right now the weather is PERFECTION, I'm talking high 75 and the low is 60. It doesn't get any better than that!

Happy Thursday!
We went and got our Marriage License today!
We are getting married in 9 days, I am so excited.
